Terms And Conditions:

1 Scope of Services:
The quotations cover only the provision of all deliverables as outlined in the relevant technical proposal provided. Our services do not include content creation or cleaning services unless explicitly specified in the proposal.
2 Booking Confirmation:
To confirm our services for your event, a signed confirmation / LPO is required at least 14 days prior to event setup in order for production to start.
3 Payment Terms:
70% advance payment upon receiving LPO & remaining 30% within 30 days after event completion.
4 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made after LPO or a signed confirmation will be charged 100% of the total quoted amount.
5 Content Creation:
Our services do not include the creation of event content, such as audio-visual materials, signage, presentations, speeches, or promotional materials. The client is responsible for providing all necessary content on time.
6 Cleaning Services:
Cleaning services are not included in this quotation unless explicitly specified. The client is responsible for arranging and coordinating any necessary cleaning services for the event venue before and after the event.
7 Health and Safety:
The client and venue are responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations related to the event. Hawaevents will make reasonable efforts to contribute to a safe event environment but cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that result from non-compliance with health and safety measures. It is the responsibility of the client to communicate any specific health and safety requirements or protocols to Hawaevents in advance.
8 Additional Services:
Any additional quantities or services requested beyond the scope outlined in this quotation will be subject to extra charges. Such requests must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.
9 Venue and Logistics:
The client is responsible for securing the event venue, obtaining any required permits, and managing logistics related to the event. Our team will require access to the venue 24 hours before the event for setup.
10 Changes to Event Details:
Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing at least 10 days before the event date. Changes may be subject to additional charges.
11 Liability:
Hawaevents is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any person or property during the event, unless caused by our proven negligence.
12 Insurance:
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary event insurance coverage.
13 Termination of Services:
We reserve the right to terminate services if, in our sole discretion, the client’s behavior is inappropriate or if there are concerns for the safety of our staff.

By accepting the quotations, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
